I’ve had over eighteen years’ successful experience in one of the most challenging of business environments – the mining industry, and I’ve pitted myself against some of the most challenging and dangerous terrains on earth. Both have required being able to dream big, to realistically assess the dream and the task ahead, to prepare for the dream and then achieve it.
